Terms and Conditions

 

 

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

For any further information in relation to our T&Cs, please contact us through email: info@icleanperth.com.au, and we will endeavor to respond to your inquiry within 28 days.

 

Cleaning Services:

  1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ICLEAN PERTH aims to provide cleaning services (the “Service”) to the Client (referred to you, Client) at an address specified by the Customer (the “Premises of Service”)

  2. The Service will be agreed upon by the Client and ICLEAN PERTH at the time of signing the Estimate and agreeing to ICLEAN PERTH T&C’s.

  3. ICLEAN PERTH agrees to provide the Service faithfully, diligently, and in a timely manner

  4. ICLEAN PERTH ensures that the Service provider ( ICLEAN PERTH and Contractors ) have the necessary qualification, experience, and abilities to provide the Service to the Client.

 

Additions and Amendments:

  1. Any changes to the Service required must be agreed upon by ICLEAN PERTH before the Service commencement.

  2. The Client must first contact ICLEAN PERTH if additional service(s) or variation(s) will be required at the Service by phone or email to ICLEAN PERTH Manager. ICLEAN PERTH may agree to provide the additional service(s) at absolute discretion. ICLEAN PERTH Cleaners are not authorized to agree to any changes to the Service being provided, such changes must not be requested directly from ICLEAN PERTH Cleaners by the Client.

  3. In the scenario when ICLEAN PERTH attends the Premises with the provision that a job has been confirmed by the Client and the Service is no longer needed without at least 24 hours’ notice by the Client, the Client agrees to pay ICLEAN PERTH the call-out fee which will be charged prior to Service commencement.

 

BOOKINGS

  1. All bookings can be made by either:

    1. Telephone (+61438697881)

    2. Email (info@icleanperth.com.au)

    3. Online (www.icleanperth.com.au) OR

    4. In-Person

 

  1. At the time of booking, the Client must provide details:

    1. Full name

    2. Email Address

    3. Property Address

    4. Billing Address

    5. Contact Number

      *If the Client fails to provide the required details above to ICLEAN PERTH, there will be no guarantee of the Service Time availability to the Client to perform the Service
       

  2. The Client must provide details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or danger(s), ingrained dirt, grease, mould, or grime located at the Premises that might harm ICLEAN PERTH Cleaners at the Premises.

  3. All estimated quotes will be provided at the Booking time by ICLEAN PERTH

  4. An Estimation might change due to misleading info given by the Client, property condition, or other circumstances. ICLEAN PERTH will notify the Client about the changes in estimation, and the Service will be continued only if the Client agrees to the changes by phone, text, or email.

  5. ICLEAN PERTH has the right to decline a booking for any reason at any given time.

 

 

CLIENT REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

  1. The Client will ensure that the Premises of the Service(s), be a safe working environment for ICLEAN PERTH Cleaners to perform the Service(s) agreed upon.

  2. The Client must advise ICLEAN PERTH prior to commencement of the Service of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks, or dangers to ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) Health. Failure to do so, ICLEAN PERTH can and will cancel the Service at their discretion to the Client and charge a call-out fee.

  3. The Client must provide ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) with access to all services and utilities (hot water, cold water, electricity, rubbish bins, etc) as required by our Cleaner(s) to provide the Service agreed upon. Failure to provide will incur a call-out fee.

  4. The Client represents and warrants that the Cleaner(s) will have unencumbered and unobstructed access to areas requiring the Service.

  5. The Client is aware that any cleaning equipment and materials provided to the ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) by the Client, are safe and have not been tampered with, and are in full working order. Failure to comply, the Client accepts full responsibility for any injuries that occurred while using Client-provided equipment.

  6. The Client accepts, that if requested to clean behind or under any heavy items (e.g., Fridge, bookshelf, or other furniture) will be done so only with the help of the Client or third party assisting with moving the furniture.

 

JOB QUOTATIONS AND PRICING

  1. ICLEAN PERTH will confirm the quote/estimation/price with the Client and the Client will pay the call-out fee prior to Service commencement for booking confirmation, and the full sum of the invoice provided to the Client at the end of the Service provided.

  2. Excluding an on-site quote, all quotes provided to the Client without inspecting the property relying on ICLEAN PERTH’s experience and are based on information provided by the Client over the phone, email, online or social media links, are an estimation and are subject to change when ICLEAN PERTH assesses the property condition at the Premises.

  3. All estimations and quotes provided by ICLEAN PERTH are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the estimation or quote.

  4. In the scenario, where Service provided has commenced, and it is apparent that the estimated cost of Service will exceed the Quote provided by ICLEAN PERTH (due to extra rooms, or areas to clean which were not included in the job order at the time of booking), the Client will be provided with the following options:

    1. Agree to the adjusted pricing of the Service(s) based on ICLEAN PERTH assessment

    2. Continue with the agreed estimated quote without the Service(s) provided is fully completed

  • If there is no response from the Client to the above options, ICLEAN PERTH will continue the Service as agreed upon on the Estimated Quote until the pre-stated time.

  1. Pricing over the phone cannot be guaranteed until visual inspection occurs on the day.

  2. In case the Client demands an onsite quote, ICLEAN PERTH may charge a call-out fee of $100.

  3. ICLEAN PERTH holds the right to terminate the Service for any reason at any time.

 

STAINS, DISCOLOURATION, AND ODOURS

  1.  Stains derived from bleaching agents, acids, and dyes, may be permanent and cannot be removed with any treatment. Stains from aged cordial, ink, curry, rust stains, coffee, tea, wine, urine, etc are extremely difficult to remove and ICLEAN PERTH does not guarantee stain removal for permanent stains.

  2. ICLEAN PERTH is not responsible for any pre-existing condition that is not apparent upon visual inspection of the Premises.

  3. The Cleaner(s) may deem if “un-feasible” to remove a particular mark on the carpet or flooring/tile when compared to the cost of replacement.

  4. ICLEAN PERTH is not responsible for any pre-existing discoloration of fiber or lino/vinyl due to sun damage.

 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

  1. Only conditions and warranties which are binding on ICLEAN PERTH in respect of the State, quality, or condition of goods and services supplied by ICLEAN PERTH to the Clients are those imposed and required to be binding by statute (incl. the Trade Practices Act 1974)

  2. To the extent permitted by the statute, the liability, if any, of ICLEAN PERTH is, at ICLEAN PERTH option, limited to and completely discharged by the resupply of the Service, ICLEAN PERTH is not responsible for:

    1. Not being able to complete or provide the Service as a result of a breach of warranty by the Client (incl. failure by the Client to provide utility services, a safe working environment, or unencumbered access to the Premises)

    2. Not completing or providing the Service as a result of the Cleaner(s) not proceeding for Health and Safety concerns

    3. Any loss or damage incurred by the Client or any third party as a result of the effects of a force majeure, being any event beyond the reasonable control of ICLEAN PERTH

    4. Not completing or providing the Service due to any act or omission of the Client or any other person at the Premises during provision of the Service.

    5. Blinds: worn, cracked/broken, loose blinds, stains, odors that cannot be completely cleaned or removed

    6. Oven: scratches, or damages, or stains or broken glass door, rusted and smell that cannot be cleaned or needs to be repaired or replaced

    7. Hanging objects, picture frames, etc, if unstable or loose screws or broken frames, or broken glass cover

    8. Fans, lampshades, or any objects, inside the Premises are wobbly, unstable or damaged, or broken

    9. Bathroom cleaning: removal of any existing mold, stained or worn rubber seals, stained tiles and grout, stained glass; or repair of any existing broken glass doors, door runners, or showerheads

    10. Window glass/panels/doors/frames which are stained, damaged or broken that is deemed a health and safety issue

    11. Carpet: any wear, tear, stains, odor, faded/discoloring, burnt of carpet fabric

    12. Linoleum/Vinyl: Cracked, torn, worn, stained, damaged, scratched, faded, discolored, and burnt

    13. Any loss incurred as a result of any breakage or damage to the goods, items of value

    14. The cost of any replacement or locksmith fees, unless keys were lost by ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s)

    15. Not completing the Service due to requirements/Service agreed upon deemed to be different from the information provided by the Client to ICLEAN PERTH or if the absence of any specific instructions, or unclear definable descriptions.

    16. Not completing the service due to misleading/false information provided by the Client to ICLEAN PERTH about the size of the Premises, the number of rooms, etc.

    17. Not completing the Service(s) due to lack of time, instead, as per the Agreement with the Client, ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) will only perform the Service “per priority areas and tasks to be done within the allocated time”. Any areas or tasks that don’t fit into the Agreed Service timeframe, will be left uncompleted.

    18. Not completing the Service due to the Premises being locked at the time ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) arrive.

    19. Any re-soiling of footprints as a result of foot traffic during general cleaning, furniture removal, building, or maintenance work done at the Premises during/after the Service by a Third Party other than ICLEAN PERTH. ICLEAN PERTH reserves the right to take photos/videos of the Premises before & after the Service in case of any dispute.

 

  1. ICLEAN PERTH takes no responsibility/liability for any accidents that happened after/before the Service due to negligence of the Client.

  2. The Client acknowledges that the result of any Service provided may vary depending on:

    1. Time elapsed since Premises was last cleaned

    2. Nature of Carpet

    3. Nature of Upholster

    4. Nature of linoleum/vinyl

    5. Tiles and grout cleaning are required on the level of clutter, dust, soil, and molds accumulated over time

  • ICLEAN PERTH does not guarantee the actual results of the Service.

 

CANCELLATION FEES

  1. ICLEAN PERTH requests the Client to give 2 business days in the advance notice before the Service Time to suspend, postpone or cancel the Service for any reason.

  2. If such notice has been provided to ICLEAN PERTH in the requested timeframe, ICLEAN PERTH will offer the Client to reschedule the Service

  3. If such notice has NOT been provided by the Client to ICLEAN PERTH, the Client agrees to pay the Cancellation/Call-out fee of $100(AUD)

  4. Prior to the commencement of the Service(s), the Client agrees and entrusts on either a handover or lockbox for the keys to the Premises for ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) to get unobstructed access to provide the Service(s). If ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) arrive on the Premises and can’t have access to the Premises due to the key not being provided as agreed upon, will trigger a Call-out fee of $100(AUD) and the Service will be Terminated.

 

PAYMENTS

  1. ICLEAN PERTH provides the Client with the Invoice for the Service, the Client agrees to pay the invoice in full prior to the Due Date noted on the Invoice, unless agreed otherwise in written confirmation

  2. The Client agrees, where in the event where ICLEAN PERTH has not received payment/proof of payment prior to Due Date, it will result in an additional interest fee of %10 per day until remittance of payment is provided to ICLEAN PERTH.

  3. If the payment is not received by 21 days past Due Date, ICLEAN PERTH serves the right to forward the Invoice and Clients details to a Debt Collecting agency used by ICLEAN PERTH, all fees, and interests incurred from Debt Collector will be payable by the Client.

 

OTHER PAYMENTS

  1. The minimum charge for a General cleaning Service is $100

  2. The minimum charge for a Carpet Cleaning Service is $80

  3. Any Service(s) provided on Public Holidays and/or Sundays will be charged extra 25%

  4. If the Client does not provide access to the Premises for ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) to provide the Service agreed upon, the Client agrees to pay a cancellation fee of $100(AUD)

  5. In the event that the Client fails to provide electricity and running hot water at the Premises for ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) to perform the Service, will result in a cancellation fee of $100(AUD)

  6. In the event, where the Client fails to provide secure parking to ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s), any fees in relation to parking to provide the Service(s) at the Premise, will incur an additional fee added to the Client Invoice that will be provided after the Service with proof of receipt. Any parking infringement received at the Premises, the Client will be charged its full amount.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  1. The Client agrees to pay in full of the Invoice provided by ICLEAN PERTH to the Client, within the 3 days of Invoice received, unless Agreed otherwise in writing between ICLEAN PERTH and the Client.

  2. ICLEAN PERTH accepts payments by the following methods:

    1. Credit Card

    2. Bank Deposit

    3. Cash

    4. Internet Bank Transfer

  3. Payment by Internet Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit should be made to:

  4. It is the Clients responsibility to provide Proof of payment to ICLEAN PERTH to avoid late payment penalties. Acceptable proof of payments is a remittance of the Payment and/or Receipt Number provided by the Bank and sent via text message or via email

  5. If the Client wishes to pay by Credit Card, the Client must be provided details upon phone confirmation. Any payments will be taken after the Client has confirmed the Service provided by ICLEAN PERTH is satisfactory

HEALTH AND SAFETY RISKS.

  1. The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

    1. ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) are entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the Service commencement to assess the Health and Safety risks at the Premises

    2. ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) are instructed not to enter an environment they consider to be unsafe to health or inoperable for any reason. ICLEAN PERTH Office will be notified immediately of such scenarios and the Service will be canceled or rescheduled. In an event like this, the Client will be charged the minimum charge of $100(AUD). If the hazard still occurs on the second time of the Service(s), the service will be canceled and not rescheduled anymore, the Client will still be charged a cancellation fee of $100(AUD)

    3. The Client will inform ICLEAN PERTH prior to the Service(s) of any hazards, slippery surfaces, mold, dirt, grease , grime, or risks or danger(s) located at the Premises.

    4. The Client must agree to keep any dependants away from any equipment and/or cleaning products used by ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s)

 

COMPLAINTS

  1. If the Client is dissatisfied with the Service, the Client agrees to inform ICLEAN PERTH within 12 hours of commencing of the Service.

  2. No Complaints will be accepted by ICLEAN PERTH after 72 hours of the Service(s) provided

  3. ICLEAN PERTH does not accept any responsibility for the quality of the Service(s) provided when a third party such as construction workers, real estate house viewing, etc. has been on the Premises after the Service(s) provided

  4. In the event of a complaint by the Client, the Client undertakes to give ICLEAN PERTH the opportunity to rectify all work.

  5. ICLEAN PERTH does offer to the Client either of the following:

    1. Re-attend of the Service without charges

    2. Partial refund

 

ACCIDENTS, DAMAGE, THEFT, AND/OR BREAKAGE

  1. The Client must inform ICLEAN PERTH within 24 hours of the Service about any incident where an accident, breakage, damage to property, or theft has occurred by the Cleaner.

  2. The Client is not entitled to claim any loss for any incident if it’s not reported to ICEALN PERTH within 24 hours of the Service to the extent permitted by law of Western Australia

  3. The Client is not entitled to claim any loss for any existing breakage, torn or damage undisclosed to ICLEAN PERTH at the time of booking to the extent permitted by law of Western Australia

 

 

INDEMNITY

  1. The Client indemnifies ICLEAN PERTH against

    1. All losses or liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of the provision of the Service including all losses or liabilities caused as a result of a breach of the warranties of the Client set out in this Terms and Conditions

    2. All legal costs and other expenses incurred by ICLEAN PERTH in connection with a demand, action, arbitration, or other proceedings

PRIVACY POLICY

  1. The Client acknowledges that any information provided by the Client may be used by ICLEAN PERTH for the purpose of providing the Service(s). ICLEAN PERTH agrees not to share any information provided by the Client with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the Service

  2. The Client agrees ICLEAN PERTH will be communicating with the Client via electronic methods and/or others in order to provide the Service(s) as agreed upon in written email or text.

END OF LEASE BOND BACK GUARANTEE

  1. The Client must notify ICLEAN PERTH within 14 days after the Service, to return the Premises with no extra charges for the Client

  2. The Service Guarantee only covers the cleaning of the unsatisfactory items at the Premises and does not entitle the Client to have the entire cleaning package nor additional items redone

  3. The Service Guarantee only covers the Service provided and booked by the Client, no other services are covered by ICLEAN PERTH. (Example: Grout cleaning, pressure cleaning, blind cleaning, curtain dry cleaning, gardening, fixing, etc. unless otherwise agreed)

  4. The Client agrees to provide a relevant checklist from the Property Manager/Landlord/Owner with relevant photos as a reference. The Client also does agree to provide ICLEAN PERTH with further details regards to collecting the keys for a re-visit/fix-up.

  5. The Service Guarantee is only valid on complete and whole cleaning packages as listed on our website (www.icleanperth.com.au), performed at the Premises, this includes any optional extras that have been also performed at the Premises.

  6. The Service Guarantee is only valid up to 14 days from the date of the Service and under the following conditions being met:

    1. No building or maintenance work has been carried out at the Premises during OR after the Service. (Renovation, flooring replacement, repairs, painting, plumbing or as such)

    2. The Property has only had minimal and light foot traffic during OR after the Service. (Home opening, House viewing, social gathering). Note: This is with exception to vacate cleans in which the Premises should be vacant on the day of the Service and continue being vacant afterward with no person/people or animal(s) remaining on the Premises

    3. The Premises has not been left open or unlocked, unattended, or has had a security breach and had unwanted patrons enter after the Service

    4. The Property must have electricity with safe and usable electrical outlets, working lights in all rooms, and hot running water

  7. ICLEANPERTH does not hold responsibility for Bonds held back by Real Estate Agents or Owners or Landlord nor for additional rent charges or other such charges accrued

  8. BOND BACK GUARANTEE does not obligate ICLEANPERTH to cover any costs of the Property damages and/or permanent stains on the Premises
     

COPYRIGHT The content of this Agreement is protected by international copyright laws and may be used for personal reference only. Permission to copy, reproduce, publish, transmit distribute this content is forbidden without obtaining written permission from ICLEAN PERTH.
