Terms and Condition’s


Please read Terms and Conditions carefully. Use of our service constitutes your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Any further information in relation to our Terms and Conditions, please contact us through email: info@icleanperth.com.au and we will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 28 days.



  1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ICLEAN PERTH ages to provide cleaning services (the “Service”) to the Client (referred to you, client) at an address specified by the Customer (the “Premises”)

  2. The Service will be agreed by the Client and ICLEANPERTH at the time of the booking.

  3. ICLEAN PERTH agrees to provide the Service faithfully, diligently and in a timely manner

  4. The Client is of the opinion that the Contractor has the necessary qualification, experience and abilities to provide the Service to the Client


  1. Any changes to the Service required must be agreed by ICLEAN PERTH before to Service

  2. The Client must first contact ICLEAN PERTH, if additional service(s) or variation(s) has been required at the Service time by telephone. ICLEAN PERTH may agree to provide the additional service(s) at the absolute discretion. ICLEAN PERTH Cleaners are not authorised to agree to any changes to the Service being provided. Such changes must not be request directly from ICLEAN PERTH Cleaners by the Client

  3. In case ICLEAN PERTH attends the Premises with the provision that a job as been confirmed by the Client and the Service is no longer needed, without at least 24 hours’ notice ICLEAN PERTH may in its sole discretion charge a call out fee


  1. All bookings made by Client can be made by either:

    1. Telephone (+61438697881)

    2. Email (info@icleanperth.com.au)

    3. Online (www.icleanperth.com.au) OR

    4. In Person

  2. At the time of booking, the Client must provide details:

    1. Full name

    2. Email Address

    3. Property Address

    4. Billing Address

      *If the Client has not been providing required details below to the ICLEAN PERTH, there will be no guarantee of the Service Time availability to the Client to perform the Service

  3. The Client must provide details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or danger(s), ingrained dirt, grease or grime located at the Premises

  4. All quotations will be provided at the Booking time by ICLEAN PERTH

  5. ICLEAN PERTH has the right to decline a booking for any reason



  1. The Client will provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner to perform the Service

  2. The Client will advice ICLEAN PERTH prior to commencement of the Service of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers

  3. The Client will provide the ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner with access to all services and utilities (hot water, cold water, electricity, rubbish bins) as required by our Cleaner to provide the Service. Failure to provide these will attract cancellation fee

  4. The Client represent and warrants that the Cleanee will have unencumbered and unobstructed access to areas requiring the Service

  5. The Client is aware that any cleaning equipment and materials provided to the ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner by the Client are safe, and have not been tampered with and are in full working order

  6. Required by the Client to clean behind or under any heavy items (eg. Fridge, bookshelf or other furniture) can be applied only with help from the Client



  1. ICLEAN PERTH will confirm the price with the Client and the Client will pay at the end of the Service, unless agreed otherwise

  2. The quote given to the Client is an estimated, riling on ICLEAN PERTH experience, without inspection, and based on information provided by the Client over the phone, email, online or other social media links.

  3. All quotes provided by ICLEAN PERTH are valid for period of 30 days from the date of the quote.

  4. In case of the commencement/during the Service, its apparent that the estimated cost of the Service will exceed the Quote provided by ICLEAN PERTH (due to extra rooms, or areas to clean which were not included in the job order at the time of booking), then the Client will be provided either:

    1. Pay an increased fee to complete the Service, OR

    2. Pay the estimated quote without the Service being completed

      *If no response from the Client, the ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner will continue the Service at the pre-stated time advised in the estimated quote

  5. Pricing over the phone cannot be guaranteed until visual inspection occurs on the day. 

  6. If the Client demands onsite quote, then Call Out fee of $60.00 (AUD) may be charged by ICLEAN PERTH

  7. ICLEAN PERTH holds the right to terminate the Service for any reason



  1. Stains derived from bleaching agents, acids and permanent dyes may be permanent and cannot be removed with any treatment. Stains from aged cordial, ink, curry, rust stains, coffee, tea, red wine, urine, etc are very difficult to remove. ICLEAN PERTH does not guarantee stain removal for permanent stains

  2. ICLEAN PERTH cannot be responsible for any pre-existing condition that is not apparent upon visual inspection of the Premises

  3. The Cleaner may deem if “un-feedable” to remove a particular or mark on the carpet or flooring/tile when compared to the cost of replacement

  4. ICLEAN PERTH cannot be responsible for any pre-existing discoloration of fibre or lino/vinyl due to sun damaged



  1. Only conditions and warranties which are binding on ICLEAN PERTH in respect of the state, quality or condition of goods and services supplied by ICLEAN PERTH to the Clients are those imposed and required to be binding by statue (Inc. the Trade Practices Act 1974)

  2. To the extent permitted by statute, the liability, if any, of ICLEAN PERTH is, at ICLEAN PERTH option, limited to and completely discharged by the resupply of the Service. ICLEAN PERTH is not responsible for:

    1. Not being able to complete or provide the Service as a result of a breach of warranty by the Client (Inc. failure by the Client to provide utility services, a safe working environment or unencumbered access to the Premises)

    2. Not completing or providing the Service as a result of the Cleaner not proceeding for Health and Safety

    3. Any loss or damage incurred by the Client or any third party as a result of the effects of a force majeure, being any event beyond the reasonable control of ICLEAN PERTH

    4. Not completing or providing the Service due to an act or omission of the Client or any other person at the Premises during provision of the Service

    5. Blinds: warn, cracked/broken, loose blinds, stains, odours that cannot be completely cleaned or removed

    6. Oven: scratches or damages, or stains or broken glass door, rusted and smell that cannot be cleaned or need to be repaired or replaced

    7. Hanging object, picture frames etc.: unstable or loosen screws or broken frames or broken glass cover

    8. Fans, lamp shades or any objects: inside the Premises that are wobbly, unstable or damaged or broken

    9. Bathroom cleaning: removal of any existing mould, stained rubber sealer, stained tiles and grout, stained glass; or repaired of any existing broken glass doors, door runners, shower heads,

    10. Window glass/panels/doors/frames: stained, damaged or broken that is deemed health and safety issue

    11. Carpet: any wear, tear, stains, odour, faded/discolouring, burnt of carpet fabric

    12. Linoleum/Vinyl: cracked, torn, worn, stained, damaged, scratched, faded, discolouring and burnt

    13. Any loss incurred as a result of any breakage or damage to goods, items of value

    14. The cost of any replacement or locksmith fees, unless keys were lost by ICLEAN PERTH

    15. Not completing the Service due to requirements deemed to be different from the information provided by the Client to ICLEAN PERTH or if absence of any specific instructions or unclear definable descriptions

    16. Not completing the Service due to wrong size of the Premises or number of rooms provided by the Client

    17. Not completing the Service due to lack of time. Instead, as per the Agreement with the Client, ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner will only perform the Service “per priority areas and tasks to be done within the allocated time”. Any areas or tasks undone will be left undone

    18. Not completing the Service due the Premises is locked at the time ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner arrives

    19. Any re-soiling or footprints as a result of foot traffic during general cleaning, furniture removal, building or maintenance work done at the Premises during/after the Service. ICLEAN PERTH reserves the right to take photo of the Premises after the Service in case of any dispute

  3. ICLEAN PERTH has no liability for any accidents happened after/before the Service due to negligence of the Client

  4. The Client acknowledges that the results of any Service provided may vary depending on:

    1. Time elapsed since Premises was last cleaned

    2. Nature of Carpet

    3. Nature of Upholster

    4. Nature of linoleum/vinyl

    5. Tiles and grout cleaning required on the level of clutter, dust, soil and moulds accumulated over time

             *ICLEAN PERTH does not guarantee the actual results of the Service



  1. ICLEAN PERTH request the Client to give 2 business days in advance notice before the Service Time to suspend, postpone or cancel the Service for any reason.

  2. In the event that such notice has been given, ICLEAN PERTH will offer to reschedule the Service, if the Client requires

  3. In the even that such notice has NOT been given, the Client agrees to pay the Cancellation fee $100.00 (AUD)

  4. In the event the Client agreed to entrust ICLEAN PERTH with a key to the Premises, and prior arriving to the Premises the key isn’t provided by the Client and ICLEAN PERTH Cleaners can’t have the access to the Premises will trigger a Call out Fee $60 and the Service will be Terminated



  1. In event where ICLEAN PERTH provides the Client with the Invoice for the Service, the Client agrees to pay the invoice in full prior the Due Date noted on the Invoice, unless Agreed otherwise

  2. The Client acknowledge, in event where ICLEAN PERTH has not received payment/proof of payment prior Due Date will result in an additional interest fee of %10.00 per day until receipt of payment. If the Payment have still not been received by 30 days past Due Date, all outstanding balances will be forwarded to our debt collections agency and all fees and interest incurred will be payable by the Client



  1. The Minimum charges for a General cleaning Service is $80

  2. The Minimum charges for Carpet cleaning Service is $50

  3. Any Services provided on Public Holidays and/or Sundays will be charged extra 10%

  4. If the Client does not provide access to the Premises for ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner to provide the Service, the Client agrees to pay a cancellation fee $100.00 (AUD)

  5. In the event that the Client fails to provide electricity and running hot water at the Premises to ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner to perform the Service will result cancellation fee $100.00 (AUD)

  6. In the event that the Client fails to provide secure parking to ICLEAN PERTH Cleaners, will result any parking fees disclosed to ICLEAN PERTH Cleaners at the of the Service and compensated by the Client. If parking infringement incur, the Client will be charged its full amount



  1. The Client agrees to pay in full estimated quoted price by ICLEAN PERTH prior to or at the Service time on the same day of the Service, unless agreed otherwise

  2. ICLEAN PERTH accepts payments by the following methods:

    1. Credit Card

    2. Bank Deposit

    3. Cash

    4. Internet Bank Transfer

  3. Payment by Internet Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit should be made to:

    Account Number: 4722 54463
    Ref: Invoice number

  4. Its Clients responsibility to provide the Proof of payment to ICLEAN PERTH to avoid late payment penalties. Acceptable proof of payments is screenshot of the Payment and/or Receipt Number provided by the Bank and sent via text message or via email

  5. If the Client wishes to pay by Credit Card, the Client must be provided details upon phone confirmation. Any payments will be taken after the Client has confirmed the Service provided by ICLEAN PERTH is satisfactory

  1. The Client acknowledges and Agrees that:

    1. ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) are entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the Service commencement to assess the health and safety risk the Premises

    2. ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner(s) are instructed not to enter an environment they consider to be unsafe to health or inoperable for any reasons. ICLEAN PERTH Office will be reported immediately and the Service will be rescheduled. In event like this, the Client will be charged the minimum charge $80.00 (AUD). If the hazard still accrues on the second time of the Service, the Service will be Cancelled, and the Client will be charged for Cancellation fee $100.00 (AUD)

    3. The Client will inform ICLEAN PERTH prior the Service of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or danger(s), ingrained dirt, grease or grime located at the Premises

    4. The Client must agree to keep any dependents away from any equipment’s and/or cleaning products used by ICLEAN PERTH Cleaner



  1. If the Client is dissatisfied with the Service, the Client agrees to inform ICLEAN PERTH within 12 hours of commence of the Service.

  2. In the event of complain by the Client, the Client undertakes to give ICLEAN PERTH the opportunity to rectify all work. ICLEAN PERTH does offer to the Client either of the following:

    1. Re-attend of the Service without charges

    2. Partial refund or full refund



  1. The Client must inform ICLEAN PERTH within 24 hours of the Service about any incident where an accident, breakage, damage to property or theft has occurred by the Cleaner.

  2. The Client is not entitled to claim any loss for any incident if it’s not reported to ICEALN PERTH within 24 hours of the Service to the extent permitted by law of Western Australia

  3. The Client is not entitled to claim any loss for any existing breakage, torn or damage undisclosed to ICLEAN PERTH at the time of booking to the extent permitted by law of Western Australia



  1. The Client indemnifies ICLEAN PERTH against

    1. All losses or liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of the provision of the Service including all losses or liabilities caused as a result of breach of the warranties of the Client set out in this Terms and Conditions

    2. All legal costs and other expenses incurred by, ICLEAN PEERTH in connection with a demand, action, arbitration or other proceeding


  1. The Client acknowledges that any information provided by the Client may be used by ICLEAN PERTH for the purpose of providing the Service. ICLEAN PERTH agrees not to share any information provided by the Client with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the Service

  2. The Client agrees ICLEAN PERTH will be communicating with the Client via electronical methods and/or other in order to provide the Service 



  1. The Client must notify ICLEAN PERTH within 14 days after the Service, to return the Premises with no extra charges for the Client

  2. The Service Guarantee only covers the cleaning of the unsatisfactory items at the Premises and does not entitle the Client to have entire cleaning package nor additional items redone

  3. The Service Guarantee only covers the Service provided and booked by the Client, no other services are covered by ICLEAN PERTH. (Example: Grout cleaning, pressure cleaning, blind cleaning, curtain dry cleaning, gardening, fixing, etc. unless otherwise agreed)

  4. The Client agrees to provide relevant checklist from the Property Manager/Landlord/Owner with relevant photos as a reference. The Client also do agree to provide ICLEAN PERTH with the further details regards to collecting the keys for a re-visit/fix-up.

  5. The Service Guarantee is only valid on complete and whole cleaning packages as listed on our website (www.icleanperth.com.au), performed at the Premises, this includes any optional extras that have been also performed at the Premises.

  6. The Service Guarantee is only valid up to 14 days from the date of the Service and under the following conditions being met:

    1. No building or maintenance work has been carries out at the Premises during OR after the Service. (Renovation, flooring replacement, repairs, painting, plumbing or as such)

    2. The Property has only had minimal and light foot traffic during OR after the Service. (Home opening, House viewing, social gathering). Note: This is with exception to vacate cleans in which the Premises should be vacant on the day of the Service and continue being vacant afterwards with no person/people or animal(s) remaining on the Premises

    3. The Premises has not been left open or unlocked, unattended or has had security breach and had unwanted patrons enter after the Service

    4. The Property must have electricity with safe and usable electrical outlets, working lights in all rooms and hot running water

  7. ICLEANPERTH does not hold responsibility for Bonds held back by Real Estate agents or Owners or Landlord nor for additional rent charges or other such charges accrued

  8. BONDBACK GUARANTEE does not obligate ICLEANPERTH to cover any costs of the Property damages and/or permanent stains on the Premises
